Congratulations to this year’s Plant Camp graduates! Thank you for taking the time to learn about Florida’s invasive plant issue. We enjoyed working with you and look forward to a continued partnership. Remember, the Florida Invasive Plant Education Initiative is here for YOU, so let us know if there is anything we can help you with!

If you aren’t already on our mailing list or following us on social media – join, like, and follow us for updates!

The Florida Invasive Plant Education Initiative is the first of its kind to provide intensive in-service training about invasive plants for Florida educators. So far, more than 300 teachers have completed our full Plant Camp training, with many more introduced to the materials/lessons as a result of graduates sharing what they’ve learned with their colleagues.

Of course, Plant Camp couldn’t happen without the top-notch presenters and sponsors who continue to make it a success. A special thanks to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Invasive Plant Management Section for their vision and sustained support of Plant Camp and the Florida Invasive Plant Education Initiative.

Thanks for all you do as educators, and keep in touch!
