Golden crest
Native to Florida
Golden crest is native to Florida.
It is frequent in the bogs and flatwoods of
the Florida panhandle, and flowers in the summer. There is one species of Lophiola in Florida
(Wunderlin, 1998). In US, golden crest occurs in the southeast and NJ; and in Nova Scotia, Canada
(Kartesz, 1999).
