This carnivorous little plant is one of five sundews native to Florida (Wunderlin, 2003). Pink sundew is frequently found in wet flatwoods and bogs throughout the state. Sundews are found throughout the U.S. and Canada; this species occurs in the southeast states (Kartesz, 1999).
