2010 Hydrilla Field Day for the Demonstration Project on Hydrilla and Hygrophila

Kissimmee Lakefront Park Pavilion (near boat ramp on Lake Toho)

Experts will be on-site to discuss the problems associated with aquatic weeds (particularly hydrilla and hygrophila) and the $2.9 million grant awarded to Osceola County from EPA to study the problem.   So come on out to learn more about aquatic weed issues in our lakes and what we are doing to manage the problems!

**** We will have boat tours of treatment areas, exhibits highlighting demonstration results for this project, aquatic plant displays, and more!  Lunch will be provided. ****
