Non-Native in Florida

Potamogeton crispus is a flowering, submersed plant rarely found in the shallow water of springs and streams in Jackson County, Florida (Wunderlin, 1998). Curly pondweed grows throughout the United States and Canada (Kartesz, 1999) and is native to Europe.
