Not Native to Florida

Flame vine looks great while it's smothering this tree. It is another escapee from cultivation. As of now it is considered a rare nuisance, found only in Broward County. Flame vine is also non-native in Puerto Rico. It is native to South Africa (Wunderlin, 1998).
