Scleria lacustris

Non-Native to Florida

Scleria lacustris is rarely found growing in the central peninsula of Florida. It is native to the West Indies and blooms from summer to fall (Wunderlin, 2003). It usually occurs in wetlands, but occasionally found in non-wetlands.
