Raychel Rabon serves as the communications manager for the University of Florida/IFAS Center for Aquatic and Invasive Plants. In this role, Raychel leads the Center’s communication efforts through digital media, hands-on training, and online outreach. Her background includes graphic design, photography and videography, and social media.
A native Floridian, Raychel was often found traveling the state showing Jersey dairy cattle by age 10 until she moved to Gainesville to study at the University of Florida. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science in agricultural communication, earning her the coveted “Double Gator” title. Raychel is an avid fan of television and can often be found watching the latest bingeable show on Netflix or catching up on the latest season of Love Island.
