Dr. Stephen Enloe is a professor and invasive plant extension specialist at the UF/Center for Aquatic and Invasive Plants. Originally from Franklin, North Carolina, Dr. Enloe has studied invasive plants in virtually every corner of the country. His research focuses on terrestrial and aquatic invasive plant biology, ecology, and management. He is interested in developing new methods and refining existing treatment methods maximizing invasive plant control while minimizing non-target impacts.

When he is not slogging through a marsh, cypress strand, or mangrove forest killing invasive plants, Dr. Enloe enjoys spending time with his family, fossil hunting in Florida creeks, and competitive disc golf.
