Species Overview

Resurrection fern is a perennial epiphyte. It is present in the southeast United States (Kartesz, 1999).

It is commonly found nearly throughout the state of Florida, most often growing in wet to dry hammocks and rarely on rocks (Wunderlin, 2003).
