Publications and outreach materials about aquatic plant management are produced by almost every agency—county, city, state, regional, federal—to inform all stakeholders about their programs. Publications come in many formats: brochures, pamphlets, fact sheets, weed alerts, Extension circulars, manuals, field guides, reports and books. Many of these publications are available on websites but can be easily printed for distribution at meetings, workshops and other public and professional events. Some publications are already printed and multiple copies are available upon request at University of Florida / IFAS Extension Offices and Research and Education Centers. Some are available from other agencies, organizations or institutions. Older but still valuable publications may not be on a website but still available from other sources such as libraries.
